El joined Mosaic Research Management in 2023 and is currently a Research Assistant. She received her master’s degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Graduate School. Prior to joining Mosaic, she worked in the BPO industry / Digital Solutions Team as an IT service desk analyst and incident management analyst. When away from the office, she loves spending time with her two little sons and working out at the gym.
