Troy founded Mosaic Research Management in June 2010 and currently serves as the company’s CEO.  Prior to founding Mosaic, Troy was a proprietary research analyst at Elliott Management Corp, a multi-strategy hedge fund firm based in New York with more than $20 billion assets under management.  Troy received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.  When away from the office, Troy enjoys working out, meditating, listening to audio books, discussing business with friends, and spending time with his wife and son near their home in DUMBO, Brooklyn.

Pete is the Co-Founder and COO of Mosaic Advisors at Mosaic Research Management, where he oversees research and recruiting operations. Prior to joining Mosaic in 2010, Peter managed research at Vista Research, a division of Standard and Poor's. Pete received his BA in economics from Trinity College and his MBA from Northeastern University. In his spare time, Pete enjoys playing doubles squash, paddle tennis, coaching lacrosse, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Joe is the Chief Revenue Officer of Mosaic where he leads business development and account management. Previously, Joe was the Managing Partner of FirstThought, a healthcare and life sciences expert network he Co-Founded in 2020. Prior to FirstThought Joe spent nearly a decade at Guidepoint starting in a network recruitment role and rapidly progressing to eventually become Vice President of Account Management, Strategy, and Operations for all of the firms Professional Services accounts. Joe has over 15 years of healthcare and market research experience. He studied Economics at Columbia University and lives with his wife,

Ryan is a Research Manager at Mosaic Research Management. Prior to joining Mosaic, Ryan was a Pricing Analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman. He holds a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. At Holy Cross, he was a two-time team captain of the Division I Men's Hockey Team. Ryan is on the board of the Mal's Pals Foundation and an active Best Buddies Challenge participant. Ryan enjoys cycling, golf and hockey when not spending time with family and friends.

Paul joined Mosaic Research Management in 2015 and is currently a Research Manager. Prior to joining Mosaic, Paul played professional hockey in Europe. Previously, he worked at Bradway Financial, where he assisted in business operations following the company’s acquisition of a high-end bicycle manufacturer. Prior to Bradway Financial, Paul worked at the Boston Bruins, where he was part of the Community Relations team. Andy joined Mosaic Research Management in 2016 and is currently a Research Manager. Andy recently received a BA in Government from Dartmouth College, where he was also a member of the men's ice hockey team. Before joining Mosaic, Andy held multiple positions in areas of law and market research. When away from the office, Andy enjoys playing hockey, golf, listening to classic rock, and playing guitar and piano.

Jeremiah joined Mosaic in June 2016 and currently serves as a Research Manager. When away from the office, Jeremiah enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family.

Joe is a Research Manager at Mosaic Research Management. Prior to joining Mosaic, Joe served as a Client Services Manager at FirstThought. Joe studied Biology at SUNY Brockport, and possesses a background in the Healthcare industry. Outside of work, Joe is an avid golfer who enjoys spending time with friends and family. Additionally, Joe loves watching football and prides himself as a New York Jets fan.

Stella joined Mosaic Research Management in 2016 and currently serves as an Executive Assistant. Prior to joining Mosaic, Stella worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Dell Technologies. When away from the office, Stella enjoys going to the park with her dog and spending time with friends and family.

Sam joined Mosaic Research Management in March of 2019 and is currently an executive assistant. Prior to joining Mosaic Sam was a call technical support representative for Intuit (Quickbooks: DIY Payroll). When she is not working, she usually plays mobile game specifically Mobile Legends. She loves to cook and wants to learn different recipes and share it with her friends and family.

Eva joined Mosaic Research Management in March of 2017 and is currently an executive assistant. She holds a degree in Elementary Education. Prior to joining Mosaic, Eva worked in the BPO industry as a customer service representative. When she isn't working, she most probably is spending time with her cats or tending to her little garden.

Chris joined Mosaic in March 2024. He started out as an Onboarding Specialist and is now helping Mosaic in several departments as the Mosaic Research Support Coordinator. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He has worked as a Configuration Specialist and Support Engineer for US and Canadian firms. He spends at least two hours each day when he is not working at the gym to keep himself healthy and fit.

Dylan is the Managing Onboarding Specialist here at Mosaic Research Management and has been with us since 2017. He studied at the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences. Outside of work he is a screenwriter, music producer, and media content creator. He is also an avid collector of retro Godzilla merchandise.

Kendall joined Mosaic Research Management in 2021 and is currently a Sales Director. Kendall holds degrees in Graphic Design/Marketing, and Culinary Science. Prior to joining Mosaic, Kendall’s experience has been in brand identity, design, marketing, and Michelin star dining. In his free time, he enjoys jewelry making and spoiling his two cats.

Cathleen serves as an Onboarding Specialist with Mosaic Research. Cathleen holds B.A.'s in Cinema and Communication Studies from The University of Iowa and has worked in the film and television industry for about a decade. She has also worked extensively with NYC's homeless population and various women's rights organizations.

Sara joined the team at Mosaic in 2019 and is currently an Onboarding Specialist. Prior to Mosaic, Sara was worked in the food industry, focused on training and development in both restaurant management and food. She is also a writer, baker, and people person. When Sara isn’t working for Mosaic, she might be swimming in the ocean waves, cooking, traveling, dancing, meditating, picnicking, and/or spending time with the people she loves.

Priya Devi joined the Mosaic Research team in 2022 as an Onboarding Specialist. Prior to joining Mosaic, she studied acting at William Esper Studio in Manhattan while completing her degree at Wagner College on Staten Island. Aside from her customer service experience, she worked many years as a caregiver to young children and is passionate about education. She continues to live in Brooklyn, working as an actor in plays, films and as a commercial model in beauty campaigns for brands like Carol’s Daughter, Nalebe Official, Cerave, and more.

Apple has had over a decade of experience in customer service under the BPO industry part of which included supervisory tasks of leading and coaching direct reports. She also had experience in resolution and executive complaints handling. Of all the roles she had in the past, the best and most fulfilling one is motherhood. Being a mother is thus by far the most inspiring and life-changing experience.

John serves as an Onboarding Specialist with Mosaic Research Management. Prior to joining Mosaic, John worked in the e-commerce industry, helping Private label and Amazon FBA owners grow their brands through SEO and PPC. John is also a Licensed Medical Laboratory Technologist/Scientist. When away from the office, John loves traveling.

Bhea joined Mosaic Research Management in December 2023 as an Onboarding Specialist. Prior to joining Mosaic, she worked for more than a decade in the BPO industry, including AT&T, where she spent several years handling B2B clients. Outside of work, Bhea enjoys watching series and movies.

Marc is an Onboarding Specialist at Mosaic Research Management. Before working with Mosaic, Marc worked in Healthcare as a Dialysis Technician and in Real Estate as a Sales and Acquisitions Specialist. When he is not working, he loves to watch movies and sports. He also loves to organize and participate with community outreach programs in and around the city.

Subash has been working with Mosaic Research Management as the Salesforce Architect since 2012. He holds a Master of Computer Applications degree and is also a Certified Salesforce Developer. His expertise includes solutioning, customizing, and developing code in Salesforce. He was a soccer player in school and loves playing badminton. When away from the office, he loves spending time with his little son and wife. He sings regional songs in Smule for relaxation.

Belle joined Mosaic in 2020 and is currently working as a Consultant Relations Expert. Prior to joining Mosaic, she worked in the BPO industry where she was an Inbound Sales Lead.

Janine joined Mosaic Research Management in 2020 and is currently one of the Consultant Relations expert & scheduler. Prior to joining Mosaic, Janine worked as a freelancing assistant to a real estate company in Florida and New Jersey. When away from the office, she spends her time in the gym, reading books, and hanging out with family and friends.

Anjelou Joined Mosaic Research Management in 2023 and is currently working as a Scheduling Support Specialist. Prior to Joining Mosaic, Anjelou worked as a Recruitment specialist in a professional services firm in risk, strategy and people management. She obtained her Bachelors degree in Polytechnic University of the Philippines where she majored in human resources management and did minor studies in service management for business process outsourcing. She loves dumplings and always finds new ways of cooking it.

Maann joined Mosaic Research Management in 2022 and is currently a Research Assistant. Prior to joining Mosaic Maann worked as an Executive Assistant to an international information technology company. During her spare time she usually takes care of her dog, reads books, goes fishing, works out and spends time with her family and friends.

El joined Mosaic Research Management in 2023 and is currently a Research Assistant. She received her master's degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Graduate School. Prior to joining Mosaic, she worked in the BPO industry / Digital Solutions Team as an IT service desk analyst and incident management analyst. When away from the office, she loves spending time with her two little sons and working out at the gym.

Gale joined Mosaic Research Management in 2024 and is currently working as a Research Assistant. Prior to joining Mosaic, Gale worked at the Supply Chain / Procurement industry as a Senior Sales Associate for 6 years. During her free time, she likes to binge watch anime series and horror movies, play video games and spend time with her furbaby, Harper Einstein.

TJ joined Mosaic Research Management in 2024. He works as an Executive Assistant and backs up the Research Assistant team when needed. Before joining Mosaic, TJ worked in the BPO industry as a Customer/Technical Support Specialist for almost 14 years. In his spare time, he likes to binge-watch K-drama series, play online PC games, and sometimes hang out with relatives/friends on rest days.

Kritika is an enthusiastic Research Assistant at Mosaic Research Management, part of the India Team since 2024. With over three years of experience in the Expert Network Industry, she previously served as a Research and Survey Assistant and spent a year focused on the medical sector. Outside of work, Kritika loves to travel and spend quality time with her family, always seeking new adventures and insights.

Kristina joined Mosaic Research Management in 2022 and is currently an Office Manager. Kristina received a MBA in 2015 from Webster University. Before joining Mosaic, Kristina held multiple positions in areas of accounting, management and franchise development. When away from the office, Kristina enjoys paddle boarding, relaxing on the beach and spending time with family and friends.
