Founder & CEO
Troy Lavinia
Troy founded Mosaic in June 2010. Before that, he was a proprietary research analyst at Elliott Management Corp. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Co-Founder & COO
Peter McIntire
Peter oversees research and recruiting operations. He previously managed research at Vista Research, a division of Standard & Poor's. He holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College and an MBA from Northeastern University.
